Summary of Responsibilities:


Template-Based Production:

  • Utilize content from existing materials to reformat into current brand templates, ensuring all brand standards are adhered to and brand and company logos are current. This will include approximately 300 pieces of literature including brochures, data sheets, and product guides. This includes inspecting, upgrading, and optimizing image files (resolution, color space, file type) to ensure they meet print and digital specifications. Make all files available in print-ready, hi-rez pdf and downloadable files.

    • Literature Updates

  • Using the approved routing software for NA Comms (training will be provided) gather updates/corrections to existing product guides and make all necessary edits, route for all final approvals and post final versions of print-ready and downloadable files.
