Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the project team, communicating clearly with business users and project managers.
  • Research, analyze, develop, implement, customize applications, and deploy complete software solutions for the banking and financial system.
  • Provide onsite/offsite technical support for customers, performing bug fixes and problem‑solving.
  • Assist in software functionality testing and technical validation.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Ensure the system remains operational and respond to incidents raised by clients within SLAs.
