Associate Manager - Analyst Relations & Strategic Programs Lead


Role Purpose

Own C5i’s presence in the analyst ecosystem and high-impact marketing programs that shape brand credibility, market perception, and executive relationships. This role ensures C5i shows up in the right analyst reports, right events, and right conversations — with strong execution and measurable ROI.

This is a high-trust coordination role working closely with leadership, product, sales, analysts, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Analyst Relations (Core Area)

  • Maintain a single, structured plan of all analyst activity across Gartner, Forrester, Everest, ISG and orchestrating an engagement plan to ensure we are constant engaging with analysts impacting feature mentions.
  • Track:
  • Upcoming reports
  • RFI/RFP timelines
  • Analyst briefings
  • Dry runs and internal prep calls
  • Coordinate between:
  • Product teams
  • Sales leaders
  • Marketing
  • External agencies
  • Help ensure analysts are regularly updated on:
  • New products
  • Acquisitions
  • Client wins
  • Key thought leadership

You will ensure analyst engagements are consistent, professional and aligned to our priorities.



2. Webinars & LinkedIn Lives

  • Own the end-to-end project management for:
  • Webinars
  • LinkedIn Lives
  • Virtual roundtables
  • Run kickoff calls, speaker coordination, timelines and internal follow-ups
  • Work with campaign and content teams to ensure everything is ready on time


3. Customer Advisory Board (CAB)

  • Support in running CAB events (virtual + physical)
  • Handle:
  • Speaker coordination
  • Invite tracking
  • Collateral readiness
  • Vendor coordination for physical events
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for senior customers and leaders
  • QC all the Marketing collateral being leveraged at these sessions.


4. Events, Awards & Speaker Programs

  • Help define which events, awards and speaking opportunities matter most with an end goal of maximizing ROI and outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams (who will do research and submissions) to:
  • Prioritise the right events
  • Track timelines
  • Coordinate assets and participation
  • Support execution for a small number of high-impact physical and virtual events each year


5. Corporate Gifting & External Vendors

  • Coordinate with vendors for:
  • Corporate gifting
  • Event support
  • Small marketing projects
  • Track timelines, delivery and quality
