Analyst

The fund management analyst position will be based in Singapore and Indospace will provide the selected candidate with significant access to senior leaders within the firm. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the real estate fund management business and will be expected to contribute to the growth of the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Fundraising & Investor Relations:
Prepare comprehensive quarterly investor reports for existing funds
Independently manage investor communications, including handling all submissions and ad hoc requests
Develop marketing collateral such as pitchbooks, fund teasers, due diligence questionnaires, and platform overview presentations
Coordinate investor due diligence processes throughout the fundraising cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to investor queries
