Analyst

Main Purpose

The Analyst works in Trafigura's Research Team, providing daily support to Trafigura's trading desks and strategic planning and business development efforts.

The Analyst will review the markets objectively and timely to provide insight to the Crude Traders on tactical and investment opportunities for the Group.

The Analyst will be analyzing and evaluating fundamental, macro and market information with a logical and intellectual approach in order to provide regular and ad hoc analysis to aid Crude Traders decision making process in short-term trading environments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 2-5 years' experience providing fundamentally based analysis on Crude Oil to various stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Eastern Europeans and Asian (Singapore) Crude market.

• Detailed technical understanding of the Crude Oil markets.
