Job Summary

The Senior Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on strategic Human Resources (HR) projects, transformation initiatives, enhancements, data integrity, systems and data access security. The role also assists in coordinating and delivering projects within CN’s Human Resources (HR) function. The position requires building and maintaining relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in projects.

Main Responsibilities

·Identify project and program milestones, critical success factors, risks and resource requirements

·Ensure that projects, department milestones, and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets

·Support CN’s HR community with HRIS related needs (Management, Unions, Payroll, Benefits, Pension, Compensation, Medical, Recruitment, Staffing, Labour Relations, Field HR, Operations, and COVID 19)

·Support all of CN’s HRIS Systems
