Job Summary











+ Support execution of strategic initiatives across ATS businesses



+ Provide data-driven insights and performance reporting to support leadership decisions



+ Work closely with global strategy, BU finance, and regional teams











Qualifications





Experience :





+ 2–5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, or consulting roles





Qualification & Skills





+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred



+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



+ Comfortable working with financial data (Revenue, EBIT, KPIs)



+ Good Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills



+ High attention to detail and data accuracy



+ Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills



+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines



+ Exposure to manufacturing, automation, or industrial businesses is a plus











Key Responsibilities







+ Build and maintain performance dashboards (Revenue, EBIT, Orders, Cash, KPIs)



+ Validate and reconcile financial and operational data from multiple sources



+ Prepare management-ready charts, reports, and presentations



+ Support analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitors



+ Assist in creating periodic strategy updates and industry digests (automation, robotics, AI)



+ Track progress of key strategic initiatives and maintain status reports



+ Support bottom-up strategy planning process and timelines



+ Use analytics and AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation
