Analyst - Strategy Execution & Analytics

Job Summary

• Support execution of strategic initiatives across ATS businesses
• Provide data-driven insights and performance reporting to support leadership decisions 
• Work closely with global strategy, BU finance, and regional teams

Qualifications

Experience : 

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, or consulting roles

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with financial data (Revenue, EBIT, KPIs)
• Good Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Exposure to manufacturing, automation, or industrial businesses is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance dashboards (Revenue, EBIT, Orders, Cash, KPIs)
• Validate and reconcile financial and operational data from multiple sources
• Prepare management-ready charts, reports, and presentations
• Support analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitors
• Assist in creating periodic strategy updates and industry digests (automation, robotics, AI)
• Track progress of key strategic initiatives and maintain status reports
• Support bottom-up strategy planning process and timelines
• Use analytics and AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation
