Summary:
The Analyst, Support Services role at Crowley is a hands‑on IT support position focused on providing both on‑site and remote technical assistance across physical and virtual work environments. This role ensures continuity of business operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and user‑support issues, while also contributing to IT projects, documentation, and regional support initiatives. Strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, and bilingual communication (English/Spanish) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
