**The Team:** The Chief Client Office (CCO) Technology Enablement team empowers business transformation through data-driven insights, automation, and scalable analytics solutions. We partner across the organization to deliver innovative tools and actionable intelligence, enabling teams to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence.



We are seeking an Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI and analytics to join our Technology Enablement team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and data models, enabling business users to unlock the full potential of their data.



**Responsibilities:**



+ Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high usability and performance.

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver impactful analytics products.

+ Design and implement robust data models, DAX calculations, and data transformations to support complex reporting needs.

+ Optimize Power BI solutions for scalability, performance, and data accuracy.

+ Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL databases, cloud platforms, Excel, etc.) and automate data refresh processes.

+ Document data flows, dashboard logic, and business rules for transparency and knowledge sharing.

+ Support ad-hoc analytics requests and rapid prototyping for new business initiatives.

+ Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.



**What We’re Looking For:**



+ Proven expertise in Power BI, including advanced DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.

+ Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

+ Experience integrating Power BI with cloud data sources (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and using cloud storage services.

+ Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

+ Strong time management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

+ 3–5 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on Power BI development.

+ Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI.

+ Basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Experience building and maintaining analytics solutions from scratch with minimal supervision.

+ Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data architectures.

+ Prior experience in a technology enablement or business intelligence team.
