Analyst Tester (Manual Testing)

Hiring: Analyst Tester (Manual Testing) | Financial Services / Wealth Platform

We are looking for an Analyst Tester to support business and functional solution design, platform analysis, and end-to-end testing for our client’s financial services platform .

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into user stories and solution designs
• Perform end-to-end testing including system, integration, regression, and UAT support
• Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria (BDD)
• Collaborate with Analyst Developers, Solution Consultants, and Delivery teams
• Support data migration and ETL testing activities
• Manage defects, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Participate in client workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in analysis and/or testing roles within financial services or wealth platforms
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Experience with defect management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Understanding of investment, wealth, life, or pensions products (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven with a delivery-focused mindset

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to automation, web services, or performance/security testing
• Experience with collaboration tools like Confluence and Teams
