We provide financing solutions for land, subdivisions, multi-family residential, retail, industrial, office, hospitality, mixed-use properties, as well as specialized options such as equity and structured financing.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Real Estate Debt team based in Toronto. This is a new position being added to our Toronto team.

Reporting to the Director of Underwriting, the successful candidate will work closely with the Origination team through the mortgage application and loan funding process, including:

• Timely and thorough underwriting and assessment of mortgage loan opportunities;
