About the role
The Analyst, Total Rewards is responsible for administrative and analytical support of TR processes and annual activities, ensuring execution in line with business needs and priorities as well as global governance and standards. The role assists in preparing materials, managing data, generating reports, and responding to HR and business queries under supervision. This position is an entry level role within the TR team, supporting efficient execution of TR processes while gaining exposure to broader HR operations and systems.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Assist and support the administration of TR processes and annual cycles (e.g., merit review, incentive calculations, benefits administration, where applicable) in line with annual business priorities.
