Analyst, Transportation

Transportation is responsible for the movement of materials and products between suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing and the customer. Management of transportation assets and systems aims to gain greater service, cost efficiency and process optimization.

We assist customers with their large freight shipping needs by working directly with carriers and vendors to ensure the best level of service is provided. This includes providing quotes for large freight shipments and scheduling shipment pickups.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years work experience in BPO or customer service (inclusive of 1 year in current role)
• U.S. geography and logistics or transportation management experience is preferred
• Previous experience with a Transportation Management System (e.g., MercuryGate)
