Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work as a WebLogic Administrator with 4-8 years of production environment experience.
  • Install, configure, and manage WebLogic servers (12c, 14c).
  • Manage WebLogic domains, clusters, and application deployments.
  • Handle Java EE applications, JNDI, JMS, and data source configurations.
  • Tune performance and use monitoring tools for WebLogic.
  • Set up and manage security (SSL, LDAP, role-based access).
  • Manage SSL/TLS certificates -- create, install, renew, and revoke them.
  • Troubleshoot WebLogic issues using logs, diagnostic tools, and JMX.
  • Write scripts using Shell, Perl, Python, or similar languages.
  • Automate tasks using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Work with databases and messaging systems (Oracle, SQL, JMS).
  • Integrate WebLogic with other tools (monitoring, logging, security).
