What You’ll Do

This position is to performance the payroll activities, such as: Semi-monthly payroll calculation - upload/enter the payroll inputs reported through ticketing tool –, voluntary and non-voluntary terminations, Local Payroll Tax of Mexico and Annual Local Payroll Tax Mex City, Admin Fonacot Request and payment process, Benefits Process: Grocery and Restaurant coupons monthly requests, follow up and resolution of any kind of discrepancies on these benefits, Validation and resolution of Payroll inquiries through a ticketing tool. Support on CFDI Monthly reprocess

Payroll task – Terminations, Vacations, Deliver and Review Employees' self-service, so you will be part of the payroll process in Mexico, and you will also learn payroll in another country

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Follow the payroll calendar with the detailed activities taking care of the vendor cut-off dates to define the core activities of each day (Payroll process, Termination process, Local Payroll Tax payment, Validations, Timekeeping sign off…)

Review Tickets requests to Payroll through the ticketing tool to provide a solution in the next 2 days

According to the BRZ payroll calendar, you will work on Vacations, Terminations Requests, and Payroll System EE’s access

Termination Process – According to HR request, run the calculations, validate results, and request the payments following the practices in place

Taxes – Prepare payments, validate taxable basis according with the review performed into the payroll, provide the templates to the Tax Dept.

Delivery documents required by Government Institutions

Support Audit to Local Payroll Tax at Mex City

What You Bring to the Role

Bachelor’s degree related to administrative areas (Finance – Accounting)

Knowledge and background in payroll, taxes, and pay practices in the Country

4 - 6 years of experience in Payroll

Excel Middle – Advanced level

Able to respect and ensure the strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data

High level of integrity and judgment

Organized, Clean & Tidy working style

AgileOne is seeking a Billing Analyst. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing, reconciliation, and vendor support. You will manage multiple client accounts, validate billing data, and provide proactive solutions to minimize errors and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliation of VMS reports against ERP billing data.
  • Validate markups, ratios, supplier codes, and contract terms using Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Generate reports: line detail, bill vs. paid comparisons, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Monitor and respond to billing inquiries via email and Teams, escalating issues when needed.
  • Assist in audits, adjustment requests, and vendor communication.
  • Participate in team meetings, collaborate with billing teams and suppliers, and contribute process improvement ideas.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in billing, reconciliation, cash application or junior to mid level in financial analysis.
  • Background in bank reconciliation, credit/treasury analysis, or cash preparation preferred.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads, multitask, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Stable employment history and proactive customer service mindset.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Ensures tax compliance for US GAAP purposes
  • Ensures Tax compliance for MX GAAP purposes
  • Prepares Federal and local tax returns submission on time
  • Prepares Annual Transfer pricing analysis.
  • Coordinates Annual IMSS and local tax audit opinion with HR team
  • Coordinates Annual tax audit opinion together with Finance team
  • Attends Tax, Social Security and local reviews
  • Reports Tax Matters to corporate according to Emerson’s Policies and procedures
  • Ensures proper tax accounting and reconciliation
  • Ensures compliance with REPSE/Condusef/CNBV obligations (according to Entities assigned)
  • Preprares VAT refund request for assigned entities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports

Summary

Gather tax documentation and complete research to assist in the preparation of company tax return submissions. Calculate tax and book depreciations and record tax related journal entries in the general ledger.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of company tax returns through gathering tax documentation, researching tax situations, and communicating with Corporate and Site Accounting departments.
  • Maintain tax calendar to record the submission dates for tax returns and communicate approaching deadlines as necessary.

Treasury & Financial Operations Analyst

About the Role

This role supports daily cash operations, loan-portfolio activities, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
