We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst for a 24‑month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
Mandate
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements
- Map and optimize processes within the healthcare domain
- Support business teams through change management and training
- Work in an agile environment and participate in various meetings and ceremonies
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in writing business cases and process documentation
- Knowledge of information systems in the healthcare sector
- Experience in an agile environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
