A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Logistics Analyst, you will be a central point of contact for the clients and distributors of L'Oréal Canada's prestigious brands, reporting to the Customer Logistics Manager. You will have the opportunity to run your files from A to Z, acting as a true entrepreneur for your scope.

  • Drive the customer relationship: You will manage complete client files, from order entry to credit supervision, by validating quantities, prices, and analyzing requests against forecasts.
  • Optimize operations: You will collaborate closely with clients on innovative projects to optimize the supply chain and create reports to track performance.
