Join our 24‑month Early Talent Program in Chemical & Analytical Development (CHAD) and gain hands‑on experience across key analytical functions supporting Novartis' global research and manufacturing pipeline.
Through 3–12‑month rotations in CHAD Basel's analytical labs—including process development, quality control, and in‑process testing—you'll build a strong foundation in applied analytical sciences. You'll work to industry‑leading safety, quality, and GMP standards while strengthening your technical and soft skills and expanding your internal network for a future career in pharmaceutical analytical sciences.
