Analytics Engineer

Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals.

We're on the lookout for a strategic and impact-driven Analytics Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role is based three days a week at our Paddington HQ (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday), with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining two days.

About the role:

In this role, you'll be the foundational technical pillar for Analytics & Data Engineering across Skin + Me, Hair + Me, and Renew + Me.

This is a high-leverage, IC role where you will be the primary architect of our data models and the guardian of our engineering standards. You'll be the builder-in-chief, transforming raw data across commercial, operations, and marketing into the strategic engine that powers our growth. You will report directly to the Director of Data and act as a critical thought partner in scaling our technical landscape.
