Feedback Insights is a global B2B2C research-based consulting firm looking for a Business Analyst with a strong Power BI background who can bridge the gap between business teams and data. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver clear, actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Requirements Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support decision-making. Strong skills in designing intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate insights and tell a clear business story. Proven capability in analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across business functions. Experience in handling periodic and ad-hoc reporting requests, working closely with stakeholders and business teams. Strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with agreed business definitions and metrics. Skills : Minimum 24 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role. Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, basic DAX, report development, and publishing. Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis. Solid understanding of business processes, KPIs, and performance metrics. Proven experience in working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
