Your Team Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Specialist operates within MSCI’s Analytics Coverage organization, supporting the growth and retention of the Analytics business across asset managers, asset owners, and wealth clients in Canada. This team is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client reach, and enhancing client engagement across Canada.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold‑calling, email campaigns and social media.
• Develop detailed engagement strategies for target accounts in the buy side segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present MSCI Analytics solutions.
• Manage Salesforce with accurate and timely sales activity data.
