Job Description

7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager or related function. · Experience in leading teams. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent is mandatory · Knowledge and experience of working within an IT delivery environment, business analysis methodologies, processes, procedures and techniques is essential. · Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Product Management (Scrum Product Owner CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) or equivalent is mandatory. · Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. · Proven experience in eliciting and managing requirements throughout the project delivery lifecycle and generating documentation. · Effective interpersonal skills including collaborating, team building, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders. · Strong analytical and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. Desirable Experience / Knowledge · Experience working within large programmes and complex technology products · Airline industry experience. · Passenger Service Systems – Amadeus preferred. Also, familiarity with dependent systems (upstream and downstream). · Working experience with Airline Revenue Management, Pricing, Fare Brands, Ancilla
