Function Analytics
Job Purpose The Head of Analytics will lead the data and analytics function for the Housing Finance business, driving insights across credit underwriting, customer acquisition, portfolio management, collections, and regulatory compliance. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions to optimize risk, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience in the affordable and prime housing segments.
Role · Define and implement the analytics roadmap aligned with the HFC's business strategy. · Partner with leadership across credit, risk, operations, and sales to drive data-led decision-making. · Promote a culture of analytics and performance measurement across the organization. · Usage of credit scoring models for salaried and self-employed borrowers. · Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and early warning indicators. · Support credit policy formulation and risk appetite frameworks with data insights. · Drive customer segmentati...
