Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to derive insights that drive business and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for key stakeholders.
• Utilize Python and SQL to perform advanced data analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to optimize decision-making.
• Identify key metrics and trends to enhance last-mile delivery and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive A/B testing, forecasting, and predictive analytics for continuous optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy while working with large-scale datasets.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of product analytics, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) .
• Experience working with logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce data is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
