Job Title: SAP SAC Consultant

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to support analytics, planning, and reporting requirements for a Real Estate client . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAC reporting, planning models, data integration, and exposure to real estate KPIs and financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, stories, and applications
• Build planning models including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, ECC, and non-SAP sources
• Develop real estate–specific analytics such as:
• Lease management & occupancy analysis
• Rental income & revenue forecasting
• Property-wise P&L and cash flow
• CapEx / OpEx tracking
• Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and planning requirements
• Optimize SAC models for performance, security, and usability
• Implement role-based security , data access controls, and governance
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production issues
• Provide documentation and end-user training

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of overall SAP BI / Analytics experience
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud experience
• Strong expertise in:
• SAC Stories, Models, Data Actions, and Analytic Applications
• Live and Import connections
• Planning, forecasting, and predictive scenarios
• Good understanding of financial concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Experience working with Real Estate domain data (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP BW / S/4HANA Embedded Analytics is a plus
• Strong SQL / data modeling understanding

Good to Have

• Exposure to RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) or real estate ERP systems
• Knowledge of IFRS / lease accounting (IFRS 16)
• Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity reporting
• Client-facing experience

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
