Job Summary
Barings Analytics Operations Department is seeking an analyst to provide the ongoing support for the production of the firm's Investment Analytic platform. As part of our broader Global Technology & Data group, the Analytic Operations team is responsible for developing and implementing a standardized framework to produce, measure, and monitor investment level analytics on a firm-wide basis. The candidate will work with associates across the firm to produce and monitor the quality of Fixed Income Analytics for assets and portfolios while providing ongoing support to critical stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively build relationships with key stakeholders in the business and support areas, ensure high quality results are delivered on time and be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
