I need somebody to help set up a couple of Google Analytics alternatives that we are using on several sites.

We need assistance in setting up event goals, creating funnels, setting dashboards, reports, etc.
We use DNI call tracking now (through What Converts) that we'd like to track and both tools have said that isn't possible, so we may need to look for an alternative or work around.
We have GA4 for each of these websites now, as well as Google Tag Manager.
We'd like to try to get away from GA4 and use these two analytics tools.
Please review each of those websites and their help guides to more fully understand them.
