Analyttica - Senior Data Scientist - GenAI

<p>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Identify and frame GenAI opportunities with product and business teams.<br/><br/>- Design and run LLM POCs (copilots, RAG over enterprise data, agents, summarization, auto-insights, content generation).<br/><br/>- Compare prompting vs RAG vs fine-tuning and model choices; document tradeoffs across cost, performance, and UX.<br/><br/>- Build end-to-end experimentation flows: data prep, retrieval, prompts, guardrails, and evaluation loops.<br/><br/>- Convert successful POCs into clear, buildable designs and partner with engineering to move toward production.<br/><br/>- Define and run practical evaluations (task success, hallucinations, safety, usability) and iterate based on feedback.<br/><br/>- Track new models, tools, and patterns and translate relevant ideas into roadmap items.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior data scientists on LLMs, experimentation, and a...
