Anaplan Team Lead/ Manager Job Description

Role : Anaplan Team Lead/ Manager to join our team.

Total Experience: 8 +Year

Relevant experience in Anaplan : 4+ years

Job Role Expectations :

· The ideal candidate should have experience in building, maintaining and managing Anaplan models, including Data Hub, finance, and supply chain models.

· Candidate needs to manage Anaplan sustainment team along with independent contributor by helping team members in Enhancements/ Development and bug fixes.

· Candidate will be part of support team as Position in mainly for Support of analpla Systems and handling Production and User Reported issues.

· Should have good understanding in Anaplan cloudworks and Informatica integrations and closely work with GCP team for any integration enhancements/ support.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Anaplan sustainment team and support Anaplan enhancements and development team on technical roadblocks and design discussions.

· Experience in Handling L2/L3 Level Support and Resource needs to handle user Reported Tickets too.

· Involve in Client COE discussions / Architecture reviews and designs

· Good exposure to Anaplan Polaris, Workflow and Data orchestrator and API connections

· Good understanding in SQL/ GCP and composer tools.

· Good understanding and exposure to Anaplan RFPs and POC Solutioning.

· Experienced in drafting Anaplan TDD, support and business Runbooks.

· Model Building: Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting needs.

· Data Hub Management: Develop and manage the Data Hub to centralize master data (e.g., product hierarchy, customer hierarchy) and ensure consistency across all connected models

· Finance Models: Create and maintain finance models for FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Examples include cash flow statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.

· Supply Chain Models: Develop supply chain models to optimize inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain operations

· Integration: Having good understanding in Anaplan integrations like Informatica and Cloudworks and collaborating with IT and other departments to integrate Anaplan models with other systems and data sources.

· User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Anaplan models.

· Performance Monitoring: Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of model structures, processes, and changes.

Preferences:

· L1, L2 and L3 Anaplan Certified, Solution Architect, Master Anaplaner (Add on) .

· Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills along with Team Management and Leadership.

· Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

· Experienced with Supply chain planning and forecasting tools.

· Knowledge of best practices in Anaplan model design and implementation.
