Role Description

This is a full-time, 100% remote role for an experienced Flutter Developer. You will take full ownership of our Android application, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance code.

Compensation: ₹5 - ₹8 LPA (Based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development: Build and maintain our core mobile application using Flutter & Dart.
• Architecture: Design scalable and clean code structures to handle our growing user base (20k+ users).
• Integration: Implement complex RESTful APIs and handle backend data flow efficiently.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize data structures (Firebase/Firestore) to ensure speed and reliability.
• Performance: Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize app performance for a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration: Work directly with the founder to translate requirements into technical features.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
• Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Dart, Flutter Widgets, and State Management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod).
• Backend Knowledge: Strong experience with Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication).
• API Integration: Solid understanding of integrating third-party libraries and REST APIs.
• UI/UX Implementation: Experience converting designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Material Design principles (No CSS knowledge required, just strong UI logic).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience with Android development and deploying apps on Google Play is a plus
