Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Android Automation Testing , Python scripting , and Robot Framework . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in test execution, automation development, and performance testing across Android, Web, and API platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework for Android, Web, and API applications.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for mobile and web platforms.
• Perform Battery, Performance, and Scalability Testing for Android applications using tools like JMeter .
• Create and manage test cases, test plans, and traceability in Polarion or Jira SynapseRT .
• Design mind map based testing strategies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct API Security and Performance Testing to ensure robust and secure APIs.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for daily automation and regression execution.
• Utilize AI tools to generate and optimize test cases and automation scripts.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment , ensuring timely and quality releases.
• Report, track, and analyze defects to drive quality improvements across projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
• Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework , Python , and Android Application Automation .
• Proficiency in Test Case Design , Test Management Tools (Polarion/Jira SynapseRT), and mind map based test design .
• Hands-on experience with Performance Testing Tools such as JMeter .
• Knowledge of API Testing, API Security, and Performance Evaluation .
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Understanding of Microservices architecture and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) .
• Experience using AI-driven testing tools for test case and automation generation.
• Exposure to Agile-based project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
