Android Developer (Contract)

I am looking for an Android developer with 3 years'+ experience for my virtual setup company with remote / work from home culture. I need to hire on 3 months contract initially which can be extended further as per performance.

Job responsibilities are below

• You will work as an individual Android developer and work single handed on each Android related task.
• Understand requirements clearly , discuss any queries before starting the task
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance , reusable, and reliable Android application.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to maintain app stability.
• Write and execute unit and UI tests to ensure app quality.
• You must do testing before making submission of the task for any issues, bugs.
• Implement new architecture, dependency injection and Jetpack components wherever required in project.
• Follow deadlines carefully without compromising the quality

Note: Current project code is mostly written in JAVA . You must use Kotlin for new task/modules with MVVM architecture integrated partially and use JAVA for existing ready-made function

Quality:

• Enthusiasm to work on thermal printing project
• 3 years'+ Android development experience
• Excellent Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Maintaining high quality achievable
• Experience using Git for source control
• Working experience with legacy code
• Familiar with restful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries, MVVM architecture, Jetpack components, and dependency injection tools.
