Our cardiac program is the second busiest in North Carolina , yet maintains the camaraderie of a smaller group. You ll work alongside 4 experienced CV surgeons performing: 1400 CABG cases annually lung cases TAVR, LVAD, ECMO, and valve procedures No pediatric hearts or transplant cases This is a care team model where physicians supervise cardiac-specialty CRNAs. Qualifications Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship trained preferred Must be boarded in advanced perioperative TEE if not fellowship trained Eligible to work in the US without restriction NC medical license or ability to obtain Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary for 41.5 hours/week, 44 weeks/year Option to earn more by picking up additional shifts 10 weeks paid time off CME allowance Relocation assistance Paid malpractice insurance Commencement bonus Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement Why Mission Hospital?
