Position Description
The position primarily serves as mid-level Developer in PennDOT’s Bureau of Solutions Management. The incumbent will be responsible to assist with design and development of the new PA Unified Crash System. Candidates will work under the direction of the project’s Technical Lead and Application Architect to write, test, and document code to implement system features and enhancements using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, GIS, and Power BI technologies.
Skills Required 8+ Years Front-End Frameworks & UI Technologies
+ Angular (preferably Angular 14 or higher)
+ Responsive UI design with Bootstrap (optional) and Material Design libraries
+ Prior experience with jQuery (nice to have)
Back-End Development
+ RESTful APIs design and integration
+ GIS integrations
+ Testing frameworks
+ Prefer: Jasmine and Karma
+ Including: jUnit
