What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities) Develop and maintain responsive, highperformance web applications using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Integrate external services and data into applications using RESTful APIs. Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development. Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of frontend components. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability. Optimize web pages for maximum speed, responsiveness, and crossbrowser compatibility. Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure highquality software delivery. Implement industry best practices for frontend development and participate in code reviews. Requirements What Youll Bring (MustHave Skills & Qualifications) 2-4 years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on AngularJS. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for dynamic rendering and responsive design. Handson experience with RESTful API integration. Solid understanding of Git workflows (feature branches, PRs, code reviews, releases). Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex web applications effectively. Working knowledge of AIpowered developer tools such as Cursor and Windsurf for code search/refactoring, test generation, and PR summariesused with security, privacy, and codequality guardrails. What We’re Looking For UX Methodologies: Mastery in research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design, particularly in complex, multi-step workflows. Design Expertise: Ability to translate complex user journeys into intuitive UI designs, while maintaining a deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles. Design Systems: Extensive experience in building design systems for complex B2B and B2C applications, especially for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma is essential. Platform Experience: Demonstrated success in designing web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a portfolio that showcases successful projects across these platforms. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively to both internal teams and clients. Leadership & Mentorship: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior designers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie is a plus.
