Experience: 8+ Years</b></p> <p><b>Role & Responsibilities</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead requirement analysis and frontend technical design in collaboration with Product, UX, QA, and Backend teams</li> <li>Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS</li> <li>Define and enforce frontend best practices for performance, accessibility (WCAG), security, and code quality</li> <li>Design and govern application state management using NgRx, ensuring predictable and scalable data flow</li> <li>Oversee frontend-backend integration by consuming REST APIs built on .NET, ensuring smooth data exchange and error handling</li> <li>Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers and .NET backend developers through code reviews and technical guidance</li> <li>Drive frontend performance optimization, focusing on Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID), bundle size reduction, lazy loading, and efficient change detection</li> <li>Support frontend-related Azure integrations, including environment configuration and SSO/authentication using Azure AD (OAuth2 / OIDC)</li> <li>Participate in sprint planning, estimations, architectural decisions, and technical roadmap discussions</li> <li>Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases and resolve UI and integration issues</li>

<p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>8+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development with strong Angular leadership experience</li> <li>Expert-level proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with RxJS and NgRx for reactive programming and state management</li> <li>Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive and mobile-first design</li> <li>Proven experience integrating REST APIs with .NET backend systems</li> <li>Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals</li> <li>Experience or exposure to Azure services and Azure AD-based SSO implementations</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentoring, and code reviews</li> <li>Experience with unit testing tools such as Jest</li>
</ul> <p><b>Nice to Have</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience with micro-frontend or modular UI architectures</li> <li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend build optimization</li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise security practices and role-based access control</li> <li>Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-grade applications</li>
