Job Overview

The Animation & Rendering Specialist will be responsible for producing world-class 3D animations, photorealistic renders, and high-impact visual content to support digital marketing initiatives.

This role requires a strong command of the complete 3D production pipeline—from Storyboarding Modelling UV Mapping Texturing Rigging Animation Lighting Rendering Compositing Editing & Final Output.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Solution Design, and Engineering teams to create immersive product visuals, explainer videos, industrial renders, and promotional animations for automation and robotics portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Animation & Motion Graphics

• Create high-quality animations for product demos, mechanism visualization, industrial workflows, and social media campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics, UI elements, transitions, and visual effects to enhance marketing videos.
• Execute storyboard-driven product animations for presentations, exhibitions, international campaigns, and website content.

2. 3D Rendering & Visualization

• Produce photorealistic renders of products (Sorters, AMRs, AGVs, Conveyors, Mechanisms, etc.).
• Work on architectural/industrial environment modeling to showcase equipment inside FCs, warehouses, plants, etc.
• Optimize models, materials, lighting, and render settings for speed, realism, and marketing-grade quality.

3. Production Pipeline Management

• Execute the full CG workflow: modeling texturing lighting animation rendering compositing.
• Deliver final video outputs in required formats for Digital Marketing, Sales, YouTube, LinkedIn, and international exhibitions.
• Use AI-powered or cloud render engines for efficient output where needed.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Design departments to understand technical details and convert them into visually compelling animations.
• Coordinate with vendors/agencies for special animation or rendering projects.
• Maintain a media repository of 3D assets, renders, clips, and final deliverables for future campaigns.

Mandatory Software Expertise

3D Animation & Modeling

• Autodesk Maya / Blender / 3ds Max
• Cinema 4D (preferred)
• SketchUp, Revit (for environment visualization)

Rendering Engines

• KeyShot (primary)
• Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift (optional)
• Cinema 4D Render Pipeline
• Cloud & AI Accelerated Render Engines:
• NVIDIA Omniverse
• Pixar RenderMan
• Corona Renderer

Motion Graphics & Video Editing

• Adobe After Effects (mandatory)
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Fusion / Nuke (optional)

Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Animation, Multimedia, 3D Design, VFX, or equivalent.

Core Skill Requirements (Candidate Must Have)

Technical Skills

• Expertise in 3D modeling, UV mapping, shading, and lighting.
• Strong command of camera animation, product mechanism animation, and object rigging.
• Ability to generate photorealistic renders with accurate materials and industrial lighting.
• Strong compositing skills – color correction, VFX, layer-based editing.
• Understanding of CAD-to-3D workflows (SolidWorks/STEP/IGES import advantages).

• Ability to take raw inputs from engineering (CAD, sketches, PPT) and convert to marketing-level visuals.
• Experience creating content for international markets (Amazon, Flipkart, Logistics, Robotics, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and deliver complete video outputs without supervision.
