- SDAR KPI management
- Emergency Orders management
- In house parts requirement + steel requirement control
- EOP coordination
- Suppliers release (firm & forecast) assurance
- Crisis management at suppliers. Lead the improvement plan to avoid lack of parts
- Suppliers service rate performance
- RDR's management
- Suppliers payment assurance
- OT & airfreight recovery trough credit note
- Alliance convergence. Interaction with several internal departments to guarantee the parts supply
- Support & guide to NISSAN's team members
- Skill up Training Management of crew
Job Knowledge and Skills
- Computer Skills: Excel intermediate, power point intermediate, outlook inpowerpointtermediate
- Negotiation & follow up with suppliers.
- Development and improvements (Kaizen)
- Competencies: Customer Service, Conflicts Management, negotiation skills
- Raise & administration on high-risk topics from suppliers.
