Role - Ansible SME
Years of Experience - 8 to 10 years
Location - Chennai
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate tasks across Windows, Linux, Storage, Backup, and Network domains.
Implement automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Event-Driven Automation (EDA)- EDA - Optional.
Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow for streamlined operations.
Manage and maintain automation code repositories using Git , GitHub , and Azure DevOps (ADO) .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure interoperability across different technical towers.
Drive monitoring automation initiatives to improve system reliability and performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues at L2 level
