Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
" Develop and implement simulation models using AnyLogic for business processes, supply chains, transportation systems, or healthcare workflows.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define model scope, and validate assumptions.
" Analyze simulation outputs to identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and support data-driven decisions.
" Document model logic, parameters, and results for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
" Integrate simulation models with external data sources and software tools as needed.
" Stay current with advancements in simulation techniques and AnyLogic capabilities.
Required Qualifications
" Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.
" 2+ years of experience in simulation modeling, with proven expertise in AnyLogic.
" Strong understanding of DES, ABM, and SD methodologies.
" Proficiency in Java (used within AnyLogic), data analysis, and visualization tools.
" Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
" Experience in domains such as logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, or urban planning.
" Familiarity with optimization techniques and statistical analysis.
" Exposure to Python, R, or SQL for data integration and analysis.
" Knowledge of GIS integration and cloud-based simulation deployment.
