Responsibilities

  1. Formulate after-sales service strategies for home energy storage products in the Australia–New Zealand region; plan, build, contract and launch service networks that comply with local installation and safety regulations.
  2. Ensure adequate network coverage and operational efficiency; continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction metrics to safeguard brand reputation.
  3. Forecast spare parts demand, oversee in-country forward and reverse logistics and inventory turnover, and ensure parts security and accurate inventory accounting.
  4. Handle international after-sales emergencies, crisis events, complaints and quality incidents especially those caused by local extreme weather conditions.
  5. Coordinate and maintain relationships with overseas representative offices, distributors, agents, installers and service providers; provide technical guidance for on-site installation and troubleshooting to ensure servi...
