Responsibilities
- Formulate after-sales service strategies for home energy storage products in the Australia–New Zealand region; plan, build, contract and launch service networks that comply with local installation and safety regulations.
- Ensure adequate network coverage and operational efficiency; continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction metrics to safeguard brand reputation.
- Forecast spare parts demand, oversee in-country forward and reverse logistics and inventory turnover, and ensure parts security and accurate inventory accounting.
- Handle international after-sales emergencies, crisis events, complaints and quality incidents especially those caused by local extreme weather conditions.
