Job Description

Our State Government client is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants to join their team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of extension.

The Role

As a Service Officer in a fast-paced call centre environment, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls with individuals and corporations to recover outstanding funds or negotiate payment arrangements. You will deliver a high standard of customer service while demonstrating empathy, resilience, and professionalism.

  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a high-demand or challenging environment
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and build rapport
  • Ability to interpret and apply legislation and follow set procedures
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team contributor
