Job Description

Our State Government client is seeking an experienced AO5 Asset Manager to join their team on an initial six-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective management of a large and diverse government-owned office accommodation portfolio.

The Role

Reporting to the Principal Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing office accommodation assets and associated programs, applying best practice asset management principles to support the service delivery needs of government agencies. You will provide expert advice, oversee projects, and ensure assets are managed efficiently, sustainably, and in line with contemporary government initiatives.
