AP & AR Manager (SSC)

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable teams virtually across multiple markets, delivering end-to-end P2P services and proactively providing solutions to business users.
• Oversee the external vendor managing master data operations, acting as a bridge between business users and the vendor to ensure smooth and accurate data management. Handle escalations promptly and monitor vendor performance to maintain high standards.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through cluster initiatives, process automation, and adoption of industry best practices. Champion new automation and process improvements to enhance productivity across markets.
• Provide analysis of process performance and identify opportunities for further analysis to support decision-making.
