My client is a privately owned real estate company with over 50 years of experience in acquiring, redeveloping, leasing, and managing commercial and residential properties. Specializing in heritage restoration and renovation, it provides in-house leasing, maintenance, architectural, and tenant improvement services. Known for fostering long-term tenant relationships, some tenants have been with the company for over three decades.


About The Role:
We are looking for an AP Clerk to manage the day-to-day accounts payable operations, including verifying invoice rates, coding approved invoices to appropriate accounts, and accurately entering them into the Spectra accounting system.
