What You'll Do as an AP Clerk:
- Receive and verify invoices for goods and services
- Code and enter invoices into the AP system
- Process payments (checks, ACH) according to payment terms
- Reconcile AP ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and handle vendor inquiries
- Assist with month?end close and provide documents for audits
- Process employee expense reports
