What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, AP, you will manage compensation practices for 12 diverse countries in a fast-growing and strategically important region for Lenovo. This is a high-impact role offering a steep learning curve, exposure to senior stakeholders (which include HRPs, talent acquisition, business teams), and the chance to work alongside a world-class global rewards team. Key Responsibilities:
• Salary Structure Design: Developing and maintaining fair, effective, and legally compliant salary scales and structures.
• Manage comp cycles: Manage the annual compensation cycles for ISO org to ensure optimum distribution of rewards
• Program Development: Designing variable pay, incentive plans, and bonus schemes.
• Job Evaluation: Conducting job evaluations to determine job grades and internal equity.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting with annual compensation budgets and forecasting financial impacts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Creating dashboards, reports (using HR Tech), providing insights on pay equity, consistency, and competitiveness, financial impact analysis and scenario-building for compensation practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with HRPs, and leaders to consult on compensation matters, and aim to build better perception of pay
• Support global compensation projects as needed
• Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related issues
• Works with external vendors and/or HRIS to develop, administer and design new or modify existing programs or systems.
• M&A support as needed

Skills Requirements:
• 4+ years of work experience in developing and managing core compensation programs and processes
• passouts of Tier 1 MBA college – XLRI, TISS, SIBM-P, SCMHRD, MDI, XIMB-B.
• Experience in working for compensation practices for multiple countries is a bonus
• Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and have in-depth knowledge of Excel
• A strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
• The ability to communicate across diverse groups with clear, approachable, and collaborative style
• Can balance multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities, approaching challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

Preferred Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon, India.
Working Policy: Hybrid, with expectation of atleast 3 days in office.
