About the Opportunity

Manage the end-to-end AP process before and after go-live to keep invoice processing, approvals, and payments on track, and proactively clear exceptions and backlogs to maintain service levels.

  • Triaging issues, managing escalations, and driving resolutions in coordination with IT, the vendor, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the AP team in support of the Serrala expansion, deliver targeted Serrala user training as needed, and reduce repeat issues through coaching and support.
  • Resolve vendor master data issues by logging and tracking tickets with central procurement and ensuring timely closure.
  • Complete a comprehensive handover (status updates, documentation and open items) with the departing AP Manager to ensure continuity.
