We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Regional Onboarding Experience Lead to own the delivery of onboarding in their region. In this pivotal role, you will ensure new hires receive a warm welcome and enjoy a seamless transition into Visa. You will be the go-to problem solver, addressing any issues that arise to make sure new hires feel supported and are set up for success. You will own the delivery of onboarding in both your region and local site, and will play a key role in enhancing our global onboarding program.
